These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the jdbc platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wagers. By using jdbc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the jdbc platform at jdbc.bar, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules and guidelines published on the platform. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and jdbc. jdbc reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. If you are found to have registered while underage or ineligible, your account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on jdbc. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. You must not share your account with any other person.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify jdbc support immediately at [email protected]. jdbc will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
jdbc reserves the right to verify the identity of any registered user and to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using jdbc, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will use the platform for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial or professional purpose.
- You will not attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit software errors, engage in collusion, or use any automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- You will not engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the jdbc platform, its software, or its content.
- You will comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations relating to online gaming and financial transactions.
Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, cancellation of pending bets and withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where required.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on jdbc are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). By funding your account, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Current limits are published in the FAQ section. jdbc reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if account verification has not been completed. jdbc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Funds held in your account do not earn interest. jdbc does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, certain withdrawal methods may incur third-party processing fees that are beyond jdbc's control.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
jdbc provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and functionality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jdbc shall not be liable for any loss of funds, data, profits, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform, technical failures, unauthorized access to your account, or events outside our reasonable control.
Account suspension or closure may occur in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation
- Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe
- Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
- Voluntary closure requested by the account holder
Upon account closure, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method after deduction of any outstanding liabilities, subject to verification requirements.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the jdbc platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, and game content — is the property of jdbc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform or its content without the prior written consent of jdbc.
8. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
